5.2 - FUNCTIONING
5.2.a - Machine preparation and functioning (Fig 2)
• Lifttheprotectiongrid(1)andinserttherightquantity
of ingredients in the container to prepare the dough
(2), (for the quantity, see Technical Data).
IMPORTANT
In the event you need the dough to be thicker,
capacity shall be reduced.
• Lowertheprotectiongrid(1)andenergizebyoperating
the cutout switch placed at the machine upper side.
• Turnthetimeknob(3)towards"TIMER"toallowthe
machine manually to function or towards the right to
get a timed functioning by positioning the knob on the
wished time.
• Incaseofmachinesbeingequippedwithtwospeeds,
the kneading process shall be started with the second
speedbypressing" ",beforeadoughhardening
occurs" "thenpress" ".
In case of machines equipped with one speed, press
" ".
IMPORTANT
In case of machines with two speeds, DO NOT use
the second speed when the dough is well-mixed.
It is also possible to add in ingredients through
the grid (1).
5.2.b - Machine stop under emergency conditions

WARNING
The machine shall never be disconnected by lifting
the protection grid, since electric parts of the
machine could be damaged.
In case the machine has been disconnected by lifting
the grid (1), to restart the cycle press " " or "
