ture Resistance (P60)

1st PM Motor q-axis
Inductance (P62)
1st PM Motor Induced
Voltage Ke (P63)
The armature resist-
ance, d-axis induc-
tance and q-axis in-
ductance are tuned in
a motor stop state. Af-
ter this, rotation is per-
formed up to 50% of
the rated frequency to
tune the induced volt-
age.
When the motor can
be rotated safely.
1st PM Motor Magnet-
ic Pole position Offset
(P95)
The magnetic pole po-
sition sensor offset is
tuned in a motor rotat-
ing state (speed ac-
cording to d80)
This is implemented
only on the case of
PM Vector control with
speed and pole posi-
tion sensor (F42 = 16)
using an A, B phase +
U, V
, W phase mag-
netic pole position de-
tection type (d14 = 4)
encoder
.

Tune the PM motor
magnetic pole position
offset while rotating
1st PM Motor Magnet-
ic Pole position Offset
(P95)
The magnetic pole po-
sition sensor offset is
tuned in a motor rotat-
ing state (speed ac-
cording to d80)
This is performed
when performing tun-
ing of only the mag-
netic pole position
sensor.
Select PM Vector con-
trol with speed and
pole position sensor
(F42 = 16)
The tuning result is automatically written to the relevant parameter.
3 Preparing the mechanical system
As preparation for performing rotation tuning, remove machine couplings, and disable safety in-
terlocks.
4 Execution of auto-tuning
1) Set one of 1, 2 or 4 to parameter P04, and press the key. 1, 2 and 4 blink slowly.
