Analog Input Adjustment Function
This function adjusts the offset, bias and gain of the analog input terminals [AI1] and [AI2].
The analog input terminal AI has a voltage input only. AI2 can be switched between current and volt-
age by Analog input selector switch (SW5).
Select the polarity (C35, C40, C45) of the analog signal to input and set the input range of the ana-
log signal.
Add the values set at offsets (C31, C36, C41) to the analog input values of each terminal, and adjust
for shift of the offsets.
Set the bias (command) (C55, C61, C67) and gain (command) (C34, C37, C42), and convert the
analog signal to digital value and adjust the resulting signal. Adjust the base point of bias (com-
mand) and gain (command) at bias (analog input) (C56, C62, C68) and gain (analog input) (C35,
C38, C43).
Filters (C33, C38, C43) can be set to remove noise.
