13.5 Too high spectrum on skantest
1. When the spectrum on skantest is too high after turning on and using function Fast.
2. Measure the power from the objective lane (see: Checking and adjusting power on objective
line). When the power is incorrect arrange it to the normal value.
3. Perform steps from 3 to 9 from chapter 13.4 of this instruction.
