13.4 Too low spectrum on skantest
1. When the spectrum on skantest is too low after turning on and using function Fast.
2. Measure the power from the objective lane ( see: Checking and adjusting power on objective
lane). When the power is incorrect arrange it to the normal value.
3. Make sure that the high of spectrum returned to the normal range ( 3100-3400). If the height is
correct go to point 5 of this instruction).
