2.4. No feeding on board 151-506
Check board 151-506 (see: Board 151-506)
If Any of the supplying voltage on board
151-506is invalid, check switch source
power supply (see: Switch source power
supply)
2.4. Main controller broken (151-506)
Check 151-506 board, (see: Board 151-506)
If board feeding is correct, and there is no
Communications, than main controller
board 151-506 should be replaced (see:
Exchanging board 151-506)
3. Scanners don’t
work.
3.1. Defect of power supply on the
scanners. (Diodes on driver of scanners
do not emit light)
Check power supply board (see: Switch
source power supply.).
If broken, exchange
3.2 Diodes on the driver of scanners
emit Orange light – scanners turned off
Check correctness of connection of scanner
plugs
Check board 151-506 (see: Board 151-506) If
board 151-506 is correctly feed, and there is
communication with board 151-506,
scanner diodes emit orange light, then
151-506 board should be replaced.
3.3. Diodes on drivers of scanners emit
red light – broken scanners
Check the correctness of connection of
controller plugs.
Check switch source power supply (see:
Switch source power supply.) .If voltage on
connectors X5.1 and X5.2 meet
requirements – Broken scanner controller or
engine. In that case replace controller with
scanners.
4. Diode SLED does
not turn on.
4.1. Fault of power supply on SLED
diode
Check voltage on plug X3 of switch source
power supply. Check power supply board
(see: Switch source power supply). Check
diode’s powering plug (see: SLED diode).
