4.2. Fault of controlling of SLED.
Turn on the SLED diode In Skantest program
and check voltage between pins X10.2
X10.1
Voltage after Turing on the diode should be
< 0.15V.next step is to turn off diode from
skantest program and measure voltage
again. Its value should be 4.85V 5.1V
If measured voltage differs, it indicates 151-
506 failure, and it need to be replaced
If voltage is correct, check connection of
InPhenix diode steering plugs (see: SLED
diode) .If connection is correct SLED diode
is broken, and needs to be replaced.
4.3. Scanners don’t work properly.
Device has protection in case of defect of
the scanners. SLED diode cannot turn on if
the scanners are broken. See point 3.
5 No automatic
spectrometer
adjustments
5.1. There is no power or steering on
module 150-539.
Check the correctness of the Power supply:
151-539 plug X1 pins 4,3 (+12V) (see: 151-
539). If there is no feeding Check Power
supply board (see: Switch source power
supply.). If feeding is correct, check steering
cables: 150-539 pins 1,5 and main controller
151-506 plug X9 pin 1 for Servo 1 and X9 pin
3 for Servo2 (see: Board 151-506)
6. No adjustments
of refraction or view

6.1. No Power Or steering on board
151-512.
Check the correctness of connection of
board 151-512 (see: Board 151-512).
If board is correctly feed check connection
between boards 151-512 (plug X8) (see:
Board 151-512) and 151-506 (plug X2) (see:
Board 151-506). If connection is correct
probably board 151-512 is broken, and
needs to be replaced.
