grass etc. accumulated around the inside and outside of the HST fan cover. If you continue
to use it as it is, the original performance of HST will not be exhibited due to the rise in HST
oil temperature.
③ After finishing the work, be sure to put back the covers that were removed for cleaning.
5.2.6 How to clean the engine exhaust system
① Open the engine bonnet and remove foreign matter such as mud and grass around the
engine exhaust pipe by blowing air.
② Please remove the grass debris attached to the mesh part. at the rear part (rear frame part)
of the car body.
1) Remove each part after the engine has cooled, and after cleaning, do not start the engine
until all parts are installed.
2) Continuing to work with grass debris accumulated on the engine exhaust system not only
causes overheating, but also causes a fire due to the rise in engine temperature.
3) Remove foreign matter such as mud and grass that has accumulated on the exhaust cover
and muffler cover before each use.
5.3 Product Inspection / adjustment
1) When inspecting, servicing, or adjusting each part of this product, place the machine on
a flat surface with no obstacles around it, be sure to stop the engine, remove the key,
and wait for each part of the engine to cool down before starting work.
2) Make sure that each operating lever works properly. (Every time at the start of work)
3) The wire & belt will initially stretch, so readjust it after 2-3 hours of operation.
4) Wires and belts are consumables. If there is something wrong, replace it with a new
one.
5) Move the unit a little and check for abnormal noise and abnormal heat generation.
6) Check that the bolts and nuts of each part are not loosened and fall off, and tighten
them securely.
