1) Regular inspections is not only for maintaining performance but also for braking surfaces
are indispensable for maintaining safety. In the case of Ride on type, there is a risk of
causing a serious accident, so be sure to perform inspections according to the regular
inspection table at least before the start of work and once a month, and once a year at
the store where you purchased the product.
2) After adjustment, lock the parking brake pedal and make sure that it does not move even
if you push the unit back and forth with the Sub chang shift lever in the "neutral" position,
or it does not move even on slopes.
Ask the dealer for the following work.
1) The brakes will also wear out. If the adjustment allowance cannot be obtained by the
above method, the brake shoes may be worn. Also, for safety, please replace it regularly
when the usage time does not exceed 100 hours.
2) The driving and knife belt will also wear out. If there is something wrong, replace it with
a new one. Adjust every 10 hours for the first time and every 50 hours thereafter.
⑥Speed change lever (change pedal) adjustment
① Set the speed change lever to the neutral "N" position.
② Adjust the turnbuckle connected to the speed change
lever by loosening and turning the locknut.
● When unit is slight move in the forward direction
…Turn the turnbuckle in the A direction.
● When unit is slight move in the backward direction
…Turn the turnbuckle in the B direction.
③ After adjustment, fix it securely with the lock nut.

Adjustment of the shift lever (change pedal) is not necessary except when disassembling
the mission. Adjust if the position of the shift lever deviates from the guide display.
