Insufficient installation of the knife may cause the knife to suddenly break and pop out
during work, resulting in serious personal injury to workers or people nearby. Please attach
securely referring to the following．If it is not replaced, the knife may scatter during work
due to wear, deformation, damage, etc.
Reference；
1) Check frequently when using in places with dry soil or sand as the knife wears quickly.
2) We recommend that you purchase a spare set of knives in advance and keep them handy.
5.4.3 How to replace the knife
If you need to replace the knife (replacement of the front and
back), please refer to the following to attach and detach the
knife.
Be sure to use "Knife Change" to loosen and tighten the hard
locknut.
① First, hang "Knife Change" over the knife stay and knife, and
fix the knife securely. At this time, pull the "knife change"
toward you as shown in the figure on the left and hook it on
the nut guard.
② Use 22 boxes Wrench to remove only the upper locknut,
and then remove the lower nut in the same way. When
replacing the front and back of the knife, replace the knife
mounting bolts, and when replacing the knife, replace other
parts including the knife mounting bolts at the same time.
③ After replacing with a new knife (replacement of the front
and back), be sure to tighten the hard locknuts one by one
in the order of the lower side and the upper side.
