manufacturers.
3) If the knife hits a curb or a tree root during work and there is an impact, immediately
stop the work, check the knife and knife stay for bending, chipping or wear, and replace
if necessary. Before starting work, make sure that the parts requiring repair at the
time of the previous work have been repaired and adjusted.
4) If the knife and knife stay are left the unattended of wear, cracking, bending, defects,
etc., the knife may suddenly break and pop out during the work, causing serious personal
injury to the worker or people in the vicinity.
5) Like the knife, the knife stay also wears out. Even if bending, wear, etc. are not
observed, replace it every 100 hours or every two years, whichever comes first.
6) The knife rotates at high speed. If the knife is chipped or broken even a little, it will cause
vibration. Continuing to work while vibrating is not only dangerous, but also causes
cracks in various parts of the product, significantly shortening the life of the machine.
7) Replacing the knife stay requires special tools and maintenance skills. Please ask the
store where you purchased the product for the work. At the same time, it is necessary
to replace the cap nut and knife stay setting bolt.
8) Be sure to replace the knife mounting bolts when replacing the front and back of the
knife, and replace other parts (hard lock nut, nut guard, knife collar) including the knife
mounting bolts at the same time when replacing the knife, and never used Non genuine
bolts and nuts.
9) When replacing or exchanging the knife, be sure to do it both knives at same time.
Replacing only one side or confusing the old and new knives may cause abnormal
vibration.
1) Knife replacement work should be done by someone with the right tools and
maintenance skills.
2) The cap nut also wears. When polishing the knife, replace the cap nut at the same time,
and never use another nut.
