8.14.2. Installation

(1) Install 2 Platen Hinges.
(2) Secure the Platen Hinges with 2 Screws each.
(3) Install the Platen Cover.
(4) Place the Scanning Pad on the glass aligning it
with the upper left corner.
(5) Peel off 6 adhesive strip protectors from the
Scanning Pad.
(6) Close the Platen Cover.
Note:
Reopen the Platen Cover and push the
Scanning Pad gently to glue it properly.
