Wrap Up

The Wrap Up button alternates the setting of
Wrap
Up mode, Not Ready mode or Ready mode
for incoming calls.
In Wrap Up mode/Not Ready mode for incoming
calls, incoming calls will not be received through
the ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) group.
Note
• It is necessary to set the ACD feature to
enable (® see [Enable ACD] in
4.3.10
ACD Settings [Line1]–[Line6] in
the Web user interface or
"ACD_ENABLE_n" in 5.3.14 Call Center
Settings in the configuration file).
Off: Ready mode for incoming calls
Red on: Unavailable
Flashing red slowly: Wrap Up
Line Status Used to confirm the status of each line. This
allows
the function key to work as a Line key such
as seizing a line in order to make or receive a call.

Call
Forward
Used to forward incoming calls to the assigned
extension in the key.

Phonebook Used to open the phonebook.

Call History Used to open the incoming/outgoing call log.

Simultaneo

Enables parallel ringing. Up to 10 locations can
be specified to ring simultaneously when you
receive a call.
