Calling Line Identification (CLI) distribution is the most customizable call distribution method available.
It allows calls from specific people to be directed to specific destinations, based on the callers'
telephone numbers. CLI distribution, when enabled for the current time mode, takes precedence over
DIL or DID distribution.
