What to do if Peri Construction Equipment guiding skids cannot be closed?
- MMelissa EvansAug 3, 2025
If the guiding skids on your Peri Construction Equipment cannot be closed, there are several potential causes. First, the Climbing Rail may not be completely in the right position in the Guide Shoe; pull the Climbing Rail inwards with the Guide-in Tool to fix this. Second, the climbing rail spacing might be incorrect; detach the climbing enclosure and adjust the spacing of the Climbing Rail. Finally, the Slab Shoe spacing may be incorrect. To resolve this, slightly loosen the leading Anchor Bolt, close the guiding skids, and tighten them using component tolerances. Alternatively, mount new anchoring through the slab with tie rods and wingnut counterplates.
