Pedal setting
This function can be used to check the pedal functions of the pedal.
The slider should move to this position by pressing the corresponding pedal function. An assigned
computer value is displayed below.
0..600(*) Position -1
900..1360 Position 0
(1632..2176 Position +1 not displayed)
3712..4096 Position +2
(*) If the reverse position -1 is too sensitive, it can be adjusted with the parameter Pedal Pos
-1 can be set.
Service
The service provides assistance during the commissioning and with troubleshooting on the
machine. The status of the digital and analog inputs and outputs are displayed in the initial state.
Ultrasound test:
The ultrasonic generator can be switched on with 100% amplitude with the test button. The
generator remains switched on as long as the button is pressed. The power displayed de-
pends on whether the rollers are open (= idle power) or are closed with material. The bina-
ry number for amplitude and power is the generator status (00000100 = ready, 00000001 =
welding).
Note:
If the rollers are closed without material when the sonotrode protection circuit is activated,
the ultrasonic generator is not switched on with the test button. A BEEP sounds as an indi-
cation.
