Enter the serial number of the machine
The following parameters are protected with a special password and should not be accessi-
ble to the user.
Control parameters of the lower roll (sonotrode)
Control parameters of the upper roll (anvil wheel)
Control parameters of the lifting drive
Ultrasonic generator parameters
Control parameters of the optional motorized puller (if available)
The input function for the machine serial number is an exception. Here it may be necessary
that the user should enter this (e.g. after a control unit exchange). Therefore this function is
only secured with a weak password: It is 1234
Enter password 1234 Enter the serial number according to the type plate
The password is required so that the serial number is not accidentally deleted. Entering a
password is a sufficiently strong obstacle.
Note:
The serial number is checked for some functions and entered in welding records for identifi-
cation.
