Using AED Mode to Monitor
You can use AED Mode to monitor your patient’s ECG, SpO
2
, pulse, EtCO
2
and AwRR. Related
alarms can also be activated for the parameters.
To monitor ECG in AED Mode and activate alarms:
1 Turn the Therapy knob to AED. The Efficia DFM100 announces the patient category currently
set.
If not correct, use the Patient Category button to select the appropriate patient category.
