Important: Have at disposal the following information in discussions with the manufacturer:
• Series, e.g. 360EP (label on the side of the balance)
• Type, e.g. 320M (label on the side of the balance)
• Order number, e.g. 360-9345-901 (label on the side of the balance)
• Seven-figure serial number, e.g. 4700357 (label on the side of the balance)
• Firmware ID, e.g. A00-0000.P01 (appears on the display when plugging the balance to the
mains)
• A precise description of the failure
• Weighing results
