Clogged Nozzle
Description
A thin vertical line appears in the print direction as a complete absence of color.
Cause
A nozzle in the printhead is clogged by debris, dried ink, or an air bubble.
Possible Solutions
Running a printhead cleaning routine from the maintenance utility will attempt to
resolve the clog. Cleaning Printheads
Running a printhead priming routine from the maintenance utility will drain and refill the
printheads with ink. Priming the Printheads
If the problem persists, please contact Technical Support.
