4.3.8 Drive Write Cache Options
You can enable or disable the cache on the installed disk drives as shown in Figure 4-499.
Enabling the cache increases performance. It is recommended that you have a UPS installed to
protect the data that may be in the drive cache in the event of a power failure. If you do not have
a UPS installed, it is recommended that you disable the drive cache to maintain data protection.
