For uniform spreading of the spreading material, a constant forward speed must be applied in
manual operating mode.
Requirement:
• The metering slides are open (activation with the Start/Stop key).
• In the MAN scale operating screen, the icons for the spreading sides are filled in red.

To change the metering slide opening, press the F2 or F3 function key.
F2: MAN+ to increase the metering slide opening
or
F3: MAN- to reduce the metering slide opening
In order to achieve an optimum spreading result in manual mode as well, we recommend using the
metering slide opening and forward speed values provided in the fertilizer chart.
5.8 GPS control
The QUANTRON-A control unit can be combined with a GPS-compatible device. Various data is
exchanged between both devices to automate control.
We recommend using our CCI 800 control unit in combination with the QUANTRON-A.
