Static Dual BDC
Box
(Dual Pol version antenna only)
Fully electronic proprietary device based on RaySat's MMIC
technology, which assists the Pol configuration of additional
set top boxes (STBs). After the first STB is configured as
Vertical or Horizontal polarization setting with the ACU, the
remaining STBs are automatically set with an opposite-pol
configuration.

GPS
Gives the geographical location of the antenna. The elevation
look angle is based on its readings.

RSSI Tuner
A satellite DVB tuner with RSSI power level detector for
satellite recognition, used to maintain the panel pointing to
the satellite in elevation and azimuth.

CPU
Automatically controls the antenna terminal.
Radome
(Not shown) Top antenna cover made of radio signal
transparent plastics, ensuring sufficient weather and
mechanical protection of the antenna panel and all
components on the rotating platform. It is attached to the
static platform and provides additional rigidness to the entire
antenna construction.
