3. Remove the jammed media from the multipurpose feeder.
4. Flex and fan the media.
5. Reload the media into the multi purpose feeder.
6. Adjust the guides if needed.
7. Touch "Continue".

If the media is visible from the front of the machine, gently pull the media out of the multipurpose feeder.
If the media is not visible, perform the following steps to clear the jam:
