Address designated in the
domain for SMTP sending
does not exist
 Operational error in normal mail sending or
direct SMTP sending.
 Check the address selected in the address
book for SMTP sending.
 Check the domain selection.
14-50 Mail Job Task Error
Due to an FCU mail job task error, the send
was cancelled:
 Address book was being edited during
creation of the notification mail.
 Software error.

UCS Destination Download
Error
Not even one return notification can be
downloaded:
 The address book was being edited.
 The number for the specified destination
does not exist (it was deleted or edited
after the job was created).
14-60 Send Cancel Failed  The cancel operation by the user failed.

Notification Mail Send Failed
for All Destinations
 All addresses for return notification mail
failed.

Transmission Error due to the
existence of zero line page
 When the 0 line page exists in received
pages with G3 communication, the
transmission is interrupted.

 Port number of SMTP
 DNS setting

 Path name (computer name and shared
folder name at SMTP/ NCP)

 Log-on mode (NDS tree/ bindery)
