Selects the ECM frame size for sending.

prevention
0: 1 time, 1: 2 times
Sets the number of times for DIS to detect
echoes.

0: PPRx1
1: PPRx4
When "0" is selected, the transmission
condition is decided by error frame
numbers.
When "1" is selected, the transmission
condition is based on the ITU-T method.
6 Shift down setting at receiving
negative code
0: OFF, 1: ON
Selects whether to shift down when
negative codes are received.
