Function Description
The step motor is used for driving the filter wheel.
Location
Optical unit
Replacement
The Photometer 5010 has to be opened. The top case has to be separated from the bottom case.
Remove optical unit (see chapter 4.10).
Disconnect plugs P2 and P6 of mother board.
Remove lamp/ filter wheel unit with 2 screws.
Remove lamp unit from filter wheel plate with 3 more screws.
Open cable tree and disconnect motor.
Remove motor with screws.
Installation
For installation proceed in reverse order.
Take care of belt tension (see 4.17).
