Function Description
The halogen lamp is working with 12 VDC and has an electrical power of 20 W.

Replacement
The Photometer 5010 has to be opened. The top case has to be separated from the bottom case.
Remove the lamp shield. The lamp shield is fixed with two screws at the bottom case.
Loosen the two screws for mounting of halogen lamp.
Remove the halogen lamp.
Installation
Insert the halogen lamp. Do not touch the glass of the halogen lamp with fingers.
Use the plastic foil within the original packing of the spare part.
The socket of the halogen lamp should be mounted horizontally with direct contact to the lamp holder.
Tighten the two screws for mounting of halogen lamp.
Install the lamp shield.
Switch on photometer 5010.
The display shows:

Press [MODE], [MODE], [ 9 ], [ ↵ ], [ ↵ ], [ ↵ ] for control of ADC-counter value in corresponding filter position
(OM chapter 8.2.9 / AD-Transducer measurands).
Check one after the used positions of the filter wheel.
Select corresponding hole ( e.g. 2 ) of the filter wheel with [MODE], [ 2 ].
The ADC-counter value should be within a range of 3.000 and 600.000.

The halogen lamp has to be adjusted horizontally by the adjustment screw to maximum value of ADC.
Finish the adjustment with [BREAK].
