Description
Set or query the current frame in waveform playback.

Explanation
 Use the :FUNCtion:WRECord:FEND command to set the maximum number of
frames recorded.
 You can only set the current frame of waveform playback when a waveform is
currently recorded.
 You cannot set the current frame of waveform playback during the waveform
recording or playback process.
