4) Gradual starter control valve
Closes compressed air supply when power is disconnected.
5) Progressive starter
Allows you to pressurise the machine circuit gradually.
6) Pressure switch
It detects the line pressure when it drops below the set value and puts the machine in emergency
condition.
7) Solenoid valves bank

Controls clamp opening and closing.

Drives infeed pressure platen lifting and lowering.

Drives outfeed pressure platen lifting and lowering.

8) Pressure regulator with pressure gauge
To adjust the pressure of the pressure rollers.
Turn knob to change the pressure values indicated on the pressure gauge.

‒ MUTING inlet and outlet light curtains for tall products (for the size of the products, see the
diagram in Sect. “Technical data”).
The kit includes a keyboard for machine reset.
