Display LED Explanation
RF OUT - OFF - RF deactivated (transmitter switched off)
To switch on the transmitter, press the RF ON/OFF key.
On RF activated, transmitter output power acceptable
W RF activated, but transmitter output power below RF warning
threshold
F RF activated, but transmitter output power below RF fault thresh-
old
RF IN - OFF - RF deactivated (transmitter switched off)
Ok RF activated, input signal to amplifier correct
W RF activated, but input level to amplifier too low
Check the settings for the output power of the exciter in the
Exciter > RF Out > Output menu.
Reflection Ok No reflection
W Ratio between forward and reflected power critical
F Reflection detected, transmitter deactivated RF
Fault indication remains activated and can only be reset (after
cause is eliminated) via the Reset Fault command.
Amplifier Off Amplifier switched off
Press the RF ON/OFF key to switch it on.
On Amplifier switched on
AC Ok Amplifier power supply (power supplies) in acceptable condition
F Amplifier power supply (power supplies) not in acceptable condi-
tion or not installed
Communication Ok Communication between amplifier and exciter (or R&S
NetCCU800) in acceptable condition
F Communication between amplifier and exciter (or R&S
NetCCU800) interrupted
Check cables.
Temperature
supply 1
Ok Temperature of amplifier power supply 1 in acceptable condition
F Temperature of amplifier power supply 1 too high

Ok Temperature of amplifier power supply 2 in acceptable condition
