4. Click [Test Print].
A test pattern is printed. Follow the on-screen instructions to check for nozzle drop-out.
• Nozzle drop-out is present. -> Proceed to step 5.
• No nozzle drop-out is present. -> Click [Close] to finish the procedure.
5. Select the [Medium Cleaning], and then click [Go].
Medium cleaning starts.
6. Check for nozzle drop-out again.
If nozzle drop-out is not fixed by [Medium Cleaning], perform [Powerful Cleaning].
If problems such as dot drop-out persist even after you have performed powerful cleaning several times, per-
form [Manual Cleaning].
