Haul the rope to carry up the RRH/Mounting bracket assembly and at the same
time, pull the rope outward to avoid collision with the tower platform.
To perform the above step, two operators are required. One for hauling the rope
and the other for pulling the rope outward. For more information, see Figure 25.
