Does 5 V appear at Pin 14 and 16 of CN101 DVI port?
Check the power port.

Check the cable connection.

Does the wave form as the figure appear at R161(DVI_SCL)
and R162(DVI_SDA) ?
YES
Replace the main board.
NO
Does the signal appear at RA107(R), RA102(G), and RA105(B)?
YES
IC105 is abnormal. Replace the main board.
NO

The Scaler (IC408) is abnormal.
Replace the main board.

Check the cable between the main board and panel
and replace the LCD panel.
