7. Program the following data for at least one telephone to which notification messages will
be sent:
– description,
– telephone number,
– messaging type.
8. Record on voice synthesizer the voice messages which are to be used for messaging
(see: CA-64 SM synthesizer manual).
9. Define the content of text messages which are to be used for messaging.
10. Assign the voice messages to the text messages.
11. Determine of which events to which telephone numbers and by means of which
messages the control panel is to notify.
12. Program additional parameters for messaging by means of text messages.
11. User Schedules
The VERSA control panels enable 5 user schedules to be defined. These schedules are
used when adding or editing users and specify their authority level. Additionally, they make it
possible to define which functions will be assigned by default to the key fob buttons, if key fob
is assigned to a user created with the use of the given schedule.
Note: Changing the rights in user schedule will change the rights of all users created with the
use of that schedule, but changing the functions assigned to key fob buttons will only
have effect on the users to whom the key fobs are yet to be added.
In the DLOADX program, the user schedules are programmed in the "Versa – Users" window,
"User Schedules" tab (see: Fig. 19). In the keypad, the user schedules are configured by
means of the function available in the USER TEMPLATES submenu (SERVICE MODE X8. USR
TEMPLATES
).
11.1 Parameters of the user schedule
Schedule name – individual name of the user schedule (up to 16 characters).
Right – defines which functions are available to the user. The following rights can be
assigned to the user schedule (all or selected ones):
Arming – the user can arm the system.
Disarming – the user can disarm the system.
Alarm clearing – the user can clear alarms.
Telephone messaging clearing – the user can cancel messaging by means of the
user function 3. ABORT MESSAGING (if he has at same time the ALARM CLEARING right and
the global option CLEAR MESSAGING ON ALARM CLEARING is enabled, the messaging will
be automatically canceled when the alarm is cleared).
Auto-arming defer – using the AUTO-ARMING DEFERMENT function ([CODE]
X6. SETTINGS X1. A-ARM DEFER.), the user can defer arming by the timer.
Zones bypassing– the user can bypass zones in the system (user function

Change access code – the user can change own access code (user function

HANGE CODE).
Users editing – the user can add, edit and delete users (user function 2. USERS).
Control – the user can control the status of outputs by means of the user function
