Message Print is too long or wrong settings. Adjust print data or sensor settings.
To clear the display
Open/close the print head, or press the left select button (OFFLINE) or LINE
button.
Causes
1) The media size of the print data and the actual media size are diff erent.
2) The media size of the print data is longer than the actual media size.
3) The media is fed a longer distance due to the incorrect sensor level.
Countermeasures
1) Check the media size of the print data and the actual media size again.
If the error is not solved, power on the product again.
2) Check the print data. If the error is not solved, power on the product again.
3) Adjust the media sensor level. If the error is not solved, power on the
product again.

Message Unknown partition type. Remove USB memory.
To clear the display
Connect the USB memory and then disconnect it, or press the left select
button (OFFLINE) or LINE button.
Causes
1) The USB memory is disconnected while writing.
2) The copy area in the USB memory is not suffi cient.
3) Writing to the USB memory fails.
4) The USB memory is not formatted.
Countermeasures
1) Connect the USB memory.
2) Make sure that the USB memory has suffi cient copy area.
3) Replace the USB memory.
4) Format the USB memory to FAT32 format.
