Troubleshooting
If you experience communication problems in the service program, check the baud rate (see
„Machine baud rate“ auf Seite 44) and the COM port (see „Communication settings“ auf
Seite 13 and „USB serial port conguration“ auf Seite 10 ).
If the update does not start automatically, check whether the machine software le is in the
right location (see „Preparations“ auf Seite 46).
If the update starts automatically but outputs a communication error, the right COM port must
be set under "Options" - "Communication" in the "HexLoad" program (identical to the „Com-
munication settings“ auf Seite 13) and the baud rate must be set to "38400".
If these settings are correct, the update starts automatically.
