Maintenance
Machine maintenance must be performed by a qualified service partner/service technician at the following
intervals:
● Every 12 months
Further maintenance intervals applicable to all devices:
● Safety valves: every 12 months.
● Boilers (steam boilers, ow heaters) every 72 months.
Service request
The service prompt appears only if this was programmed by our service partner or a qualified service
technician. Once it is time to service the machine, the "Service" message appears in the display alternate-
ly with the normal operation indicator.
The service must be carried out.
● The service request can only be reset by a qualied service technician.
● Beverages can still be dispensed while the service request is displayed, but this may damage your coffee
machine.
