4.1.6 Reinstall Chains
Step: 1. Replace timing chain around Main Drive, Plastic Feed and Cut, and Pile Feed Drive sprockets.
Step: 2. Make sure there is no slack between these sprockets.
Step: 3. Use the chain Take--Up to tighten chain allowing 1/2 inch (12.7mm) of slack in the chain halfway
between the Take--Up and the Main Drive Sprocket.
Before machine can be started, remove
“C” clamp and file If used to position
plastic feed and cut operating arm in
Operation 4.1.5.2.
CAUTION!
Step: 4. Replace front and rear cover guards.
