A.1 Description of terms
Rated torque M

The rated torque is the torque that is mechanically available at the shaft and can be thermally
provided corresponding to the speci󹪝ed operating mode (duty type) according to IEC 60034-1.

This is the speed for which the rated power and the rated torque are de󹪝ned corresponding to
the speci󹪝ed operating mode (duty type) according to IEC 60034-1.
