Final checks
1. Make sure that all the screws have been tightened with the correct torques.

M8 10 Nm
2. Make sure that all the connections are secure.
NOTICE
Incorrect electrical connections
After replacing the PowerCard, restore the fiber-optic connection to the IGBT
semiconductors and the auxiliary power supply to the gating modules. If these electrical
connections are not connected properly or are faulty, this can cause faults while the drive
is in operation and damage the device.
Once you have replaced the PowerCard, make sure that the electrical connections have
been carefully and securely restored.

Ventilating the deionized water circuit
After replacing the PowerCard, the deionized water circuit must be ventilated.
