Procedure:
1. Call up the load properties (see Section9.3.1, page79).
2. Select [Edit].
3. In the drop-down list Type of Load, select the desired load type:
Type of load Explanation
Self-configured You configure the connected load individu-
ally. With this type of load, you must also
state whether the load is program-controlled
or if its operation can be interrupted at any
time (see Section9.3.5, page81).
Example of program-controlled load: dryer
Example of load where operation can be in-
terrupted: pond pump
Dishwasher The connected load is a dish washer.
Washing machine The connected load is a washing machine.
Energy monitoring (measuring only) Only the power consumption of the con-
nected load is to be measured.
Stiebel Eltron WWK 300 The load connected is a heat pump from the
Stiebel Eltron WWK electronic range.
Some settings are not visible because they
were set by the manufacturer to predefined
values specifically for this device, and there-
fore cannot be changed.
Tecalor TTA 300 The load connected is a heat pump from the
Tecalor TTA electronic range.
Some settings are not visible because they

values specifically for this device, and there-
fore cannot be changed.
Heating element The load connected is a heating element.
9.3.5 Selecting Program Controllability
With load type Self-configured, you must specify whether the load must run predefined programs
or not.
