The gateway is not connected to the local network.
Corrective measures:
• Check whether all network cable plugs are inserted and
locked.
The voltage supply of the gateway is faulty.
Corrective measures:
• Check whether the power plug of the gateway is plugged into
the outlet.
The gateway could not be found by the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
• Restart the gateway (see manual of the gateway).
The SunnyHomeManager and the gateway are located in different
local networks.
Corrective measures:
• Connect the gateway and the SunnyHomeManager to the
same network switch/router.
The SunnyHomeManager and the gateway are configured for dif-
ferent IP subnets.
Corrective measures:
• If your router supports DHCP, configure the
SunnyHomeManager (default setting) and the gateway to
DHCP (see manual of the gateway).
• If your router does not support DHCP, manually assign IP
addresses in the same subnet for the SunnyHomeManager
and the gateway (see manual of the respective device).
The voltage supply of the device is faulty.
Corrective measures:
• Check whether the power plug of the device is plugged into
the outlet.
