You have the following options for reassigning the SunnyHomeManager to your
SunnyHomeManager system:
• Reassign the SunnyHomeManager via the SunnyPortal access.
or
• Reassign the SunnyHomeManager like a replacement device via the PV System Setup
Assistant (see Section10.3, page96).
Reassign the SunnyHomeManager via the SunnyPortal access.
Requirement:
☐ You must have the user role Installer or PV System Administrator (see Section13.1,
page120).
Procedure:
1. Log into SunnyPortal (see Section4.1, page28).
2. Select PV System Selection > "My SunnyHomeManager system" in the page and
menu selection.
☑ The following window opens: SunnyHomeManager has been reset.
3. To delete the SunnyHomeManager and all the SunnyHomeManager data from
SunnyPortal, select [Delete from the PV system].
4. To continue using the SunnyHomeManager in this SunnyHomeManager system, select [Use
in this PV system].
10.5 Deleting a Device from SunnyPortal
Requirement:
☐ You must have the user role Installer or PV System Administrator (see Section13.1,
page120).
Device data is irretrievably deleted
If you delete a device, all the data of that device is irretrievably deleted.
• Check whether it is sufficient to deactivate the device (see Section10.2, page96).
Procedure:
1. Select the device properties of the device (see Section8.2, page66).
2. Select [Edit].
3. Select [Delete].
☑ A window with a security prompt opens.
4. To irretrievably delete the device, select [Delete].
