8 CONCLUDING REMARKS
In this manual the basic operation principles, hardware and software of a PICOSCALE system are
introduced. You should now be able to work efficiently with the
PICOSCALE to perform position
measurements with high accuracy. However, the

suring positions only. You may use it as a signal generator, timing module in your laboratory, data
