TROUBLESHOOTING
If you cannot access the Boot Menu from Terminal Emulation, the
boot sector of the Flash ROM in the CPU could be corrupted.
Replace the CPU PCBA. If you can access the Boot Menu through
Terminal Emulation, the boot sector of the Flash ROM in the CPU is
functional. To determine the cause of the fault, do the following
steps:
1 To see if any power-on tests fail, watch the startup sequence.
Troubleshoot accordingly.
2 Choose s- Show system info from the Main Diagnostic Menu.
Check that all system voltages are present. Refer to Figure 5-6
on page 5-8.

If these voltages are out of tolerance, replace the CPU PCBA:
