: Take out the screws (arrows)
: Remove the shroud (1)
: Check bushing (1), pull out of
mount (arrow) if necessary and
replace
: Check rubber buffer (1), pull out
of mount (arrow) if necessary and
replace
: Check the piece of hose (2),
remove and replace if necessary
– Examine the throttle trigger and
trigger interlock, replace if
necessary, b 10.2

– Check short circuit wire, control
panel and switch, replace if
necessary, b 7.6, b 7.7
Installation
: Push rubber buffer (1) with lug
into the hole (arrow) as far as it
will go
Piece of hose (2) must
be pushed on
– Piece of hose (2) acts as hold
down for the injection pump.
: Lift plug (1) out of opening
: Guide the shroud (2) over the
injection pump and position so
that the lugs (arrows) engage in
the mounts – Do not pinch the
plug (1)

: Insert and tighten the screws
(arrows)
: Hook the throttle cable (1) into
the throttle trigger (2)
: Move throttle cable (2) towards
full-throttle until the nipple of the
throttle cable engages in the
throttle trigger
: Press the grommet (1) into the
mount (arrow) until it is fully home
