In the no valid alarm block scenarios below, the receiver should not respond allowing the panel to resend. The receiver waits for the end of call timer to
expire. If no other valid data is received, an invalid report can be sent to the printer/automation.
Setting this bit to 1 disables this function; an ack is provided and the call is ended.
No valid alarm block is:
l Less than 3 bytes in the alarm block.
l Only account block and end block are received. Some panels incorrectly send only account and end blocks.
l No event block and no end block received.
