Displayed when the input of the receiver for UPS AC is activated. This input is triggered by the UPS to
indicate a loss of AC power - Primary SG-CPM5
CPM 2 UPS AC Fail
Displayed when the input of the receiver for UPS AC is activated. This input is triggered by the UPS to
indicate a loss of AC power - Secondary SG-CPM5
PSU 1 Fail
SG-PSU5 1 - provides power to all modules of the system. This trouble will be displayed if the power
supply fails or is removed from the system or the total current draw exceeds rating for the power supply
installed in the primary slot.
PSU 2 Fail
SG-PSU5 2 - provides power to all modules of the system. This trouble will be displayed if the power
supply fails or is removed from the system or the total current draw exceeds rating for the power supply
installed in the secondary slot.
Fan Tray 1 Trouble This trouble condition occurs when fan Tray 1 fails or slows down to an undesirable speed
Fan Tray 2 Trouble This trouble condition occurs when fan Tray 2 fails or slows down to an undesirable speed
Fan Tray 3 Trouble This trouble condition occurs when fan Tray 3 fails or slows down to an undesirable speed
Fan Tray 4 Trouble This trouble condition occurs when fan Tray 4 fails or slows down to an undesirable speed

PSU Compatibility Fail The two power supplies installed are not at the same power rating
CPM 1 RTC Battery Fail
The backup battery for the RTC chip has reached a low voltage condition - The battery check is per-
formed every day at midnight (00:00:00)
CPM 2 RTC Battery Fail
The backup battery for the RTC chip has reached a low voltage condition - The battery check performed
every day at midnight (00:00:00)
CPM1 Absent Message is displayed if the secondary SG-CPM5 cannot communicate with the primary SG-CPM5
CPM2 Absent Message is displayed if the primary SG-CPM5 cannot communicate with the secondary SG-CPM5
CPM 1 Auxiliary CPU Fail This message is displayed when the Auxiliary CPU fails on the primary SG-CPM5
CPM 2 Auxiliary CPU Fail This message is displayed when the Auxiliary CPU fails on the secondary SG-CPM5
UIB 1 Cable Fail
This message is displayed when the primary User Interface Board communication is lost
Possible Causes - Hardware ID cannot be read, Power disconnected to the display, display cable dis-
