• Hold the clutch sleeve hub with the special tool.
" 09920-53740: Clutch sleeve hub holder
• Tighten the clutch sleeve hub nut to the specified torque.
$ Clutch sleeve hub nut: 50 N·m (5.0 kgf-m, 36.0 lb-ft)
• Bend the lock washer to lock the nut securely.
• Install the spring washer seat
7 and spring washer
8 onto
the clutch sleeve hub correctly.
• Insert the clutch drive plates
9,
0 and driven plates
A one
by one into the clutch sleeve hub in the prescribed order, No.2
drive plate
9 being inserted first.
NOTE:
Apply the ENGINE OIL to the clutch driven and drive plates
before installing them.
